Optimal Model and Algorithm of Medical Materials Delivery Drone Routing Problem under Major Public Health Emergencies

چکیده

To reduce distribution risk and improve the efficiency of medical materials delivery under major public health emergencies, this paper introduces a drone routing problem with time windows. A mixed-integer programming model is formulated considering contactless delivery, total travel time, customer service Utilizing Dantzig–Wolfe decomposition, proposed optimization converted into path-based master pricing subproblem based on an elementary shortest path resource constraints. We embed pulse algorithm column generation framework to solve model. The effectiveness verified by addressing different scales Solomon datasets. case study COVID-19 illustrates application in practice. also perform sensitivity analysis capacity that may affect time. experimental results enrich research related vehicle models algorithms emergencies provide optimized relief solutions for decision-makers emergency logistics.
